I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Wilmington and had a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, with a separate living room area that had convenient amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave, and a Mr Coffee coffee maker with Starbucks sachets for a good dark coffee. However, the room was a bit noisy, showing some wear and felt a bit dark, which affected my overall comfort during the stay.
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore northern Delaware and southern Pennsylvania. The rooms were mostly comfortable, aside from the somewhat musty smell and noisy AC. The service was welcoming, although there were minor issues with attending to simple requests. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be improved. The hotel's facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the Sheraton was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean but a bit stuffy, and our junior suite provided some extra space for our son. The location was convenient for exploring the area, but there were some noise issues with the ice machine. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going above and beyond, although there were some interactions that could have been better. The dining experience was pleasant overall, but there were instances of overcrowding and slow service.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable, but I found a platex glove on the floor and some trash in the bathroom upon arrival. The service was a bit hit or miss with incredibly friendly staff offering to watch our dog, but some interactions with the front desk were degrading. The location was wonderful, making it easy to access everything in the area, though the GPS had trouble finding it. The dining experience was good but could improve with better service during peak times.
Initially had some issues with the room, but eventually got upgraded to a more spacious room after addressing the concerns. The noise from a nearby wedding party was bothersome. The hotel offers perks for preferred guests upon signing up.
